This was hands-down, the best shampoo (no pun intended) and haircut in Miami. Emerson and his team were attentive to every detail and put it on par with some of the most luxurious experiences I’ve had in Miami. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the team, and they were incredibly caring throughout the entire process. Gisely, who worked on my color correction and redesign, was nothing short of amazing. She truly understood what needed to be done and executed it with precision and creativity. Her expertise transformed my hair into something better than I could have imagined. The rest of the team was just as meticulous, ensuring everything was done to perfection. I was absolutely shocked by the final result—my hair has never looked this good! Huge thanks to Gisely and the entire team. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience. They set the gold standard in hair care.

1 /5 Tara: I walked into the salon today because I had given myself a very uneven haircut last night. I asked them if they could help me and was literally told no that I should just let my hair grow for three months and that no one could help me. I said well I made the layers so uneven can you at least blend them in for me? And this woman, a hairstylist supposedly couldn’t figure out how to at least make a bad haircut better I do not recommend coming here .

Bobbyshop Hair Salon - Key West Aparna Nair: I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment. I was scheduled for a 12:30 appointment but was left waiting for 20 minutes past my scheduled time. When I politely inquired about how much longer it would take, I received an incredibly dismissive response: "Maybe another 5 minutes, otherwise, see ya." This lack of professionalism and respect for my time was unacceptable. As an Asian female, I couldnt help but feel that the treatment I received from the elderly gentlemen working there was dismissive and unwelcoming. Regardless of background, every customer deserves basic courtesy and respect. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

CocoPlum Island Salon - Naval Air Station Key West KitKat B: I have been to 6 different salons trying to get a cut and color that I had before. I always brought a picture of me with the cut so they can see what it looks like. It is a very easy face frame cut, but for some reason, none of the salons I have been to cut it that way until CocoPlum Island Salon. I was so impressed with Courtney! She listened, asked a lot of questions, and then cut my hair exactly the way the picture showed. The highlights she put in were fabulous! Cant say enough good things about this salon and Courtney. Finally, I found my new hairdresser! Thank you, Courtney!

Salty Roots - Key West Ciara Meyer: The amazing girls at salty roots did me, my mom and my bridesmaid’s hair and makeup for my wedding day. I can’t say enough about how amazing these girls were. They made me feel like a true princess. They listened to what I wanted and took the photos I provided them into account when doing my hair and makeup and it came out better than I could imagine! They are so sweet and kind. They made me feel at home right away. They gave us beverages and played my favorite music as we were getting ready. They closed off the whole Solon just for me and my bridal party as we got ready. The environment was beautiful and light, and made a perfect setting for photos to be taken before the ceremony. I can’t recommend these girls enough! My wedding day was absolutely perfect and I have salty roots, along with the Perry to thank for that.

Spoil Me Rotten Salon - Key West monika jarzecka: Lee is very talented hair stylist. He listens and he knows what he is doing which is very important to me. He has a great eye what’s working and not working for your hair and your overall look. On top of that very friendly and fun to talk to. I am very happy to have him as my new hair dresser. Kai & Co. Salon - Key West Amy Shrader: Since I am no longer affiliated with Key West, I feel like I am entitled to leave my full disclosure. I asked Hailey for "sun kissed highlights" (showed her picture #2, #1 is my original ) from the beginning, and I paid $560 and 8 hours in the salon. Did not get what I paid for. First off, I pulled my hair up in places, and she didnt even COMPLETE A PARTIAL HIGHLIGHT. I brought it to her attention right away and said to just fix it the next time because Im laid back...AND THEN the next round before my wedding. She not only denied and failed to do what I asked the second time. Charged me another $400+ for something I didnt want.... my hair is completely destroyed right now and thats why I took this much time to write this... Now... I already had to pay 4 times for low lights, and now I have to pay to start over. She totally ruined my hair. I must have been "new to the island" but the photos show, you are a complete rip off and your workers take the easy way out and have zero care in your business. Clearly you dont specialize in dark hair because you wouldnt have left the bleach in so long to turn my hair white . You should all be ashamed in yourselves.

Maricell Salon & Spa - Key West Mari Berlayar: Very nice and spacious salon. The service is very good, everybodys friendly. I got a very good haircut and I enjoyed it. The only downside is that its a bit pricey. I guess its worth the price, but I wont come often.

Avenue, Liz Stricker Salon - Key West Nicolle Profenno: Being new to the area I always get a little nervous choosing a new color & stylist. Based on the salon’s reviews I booked an appointment for partial highlights and cut. I’m so happy with the color and cut that Lydia gave me. She listened to what I was looking for and executed perfectly! I highly recommend this salon for all your hair needs!

Hot Cuts Key West Now located at KC Styles - Key West Cathy Markland: Hot Cuts has moved to K&C Stylists 1509 Josephine St. I called and was set for an appointment in less then a week. Belinda was my stylist and dud an excellent job. My hair was damaged by the sun and she gave me a complimentary treatment to restore my hair to a beautiful condition, soft and full. The haircut and blow dry was beyond any expectations. Belinda is an outstanding and professional cosmetologist. The salon is clean and free of harsh product odors. Beautifully decorated and spacious. I highly recommend Belinda and this salon.
