Helpful office staff, a PA-C who was terrific in listening to me, evaluating my condition, reducing my pain with an injection and ordering physical therapy for my shoulders. And I did get to meet Dr. EGH! All in all theres a very good spirit of competence and caring in this practice. I am looking forward to my follow-up visit. Oh, and very easy parking!

Alexander Avoev: Our doctor was at another address, but in sms was address which we came! ( it was mistake ) So we go to another doctor. Reception staff can’t find over paid money from last visit, and suggest to us pay full amount, despite on overpaid last time. The doctor woman was not attentive and performed the appointment formally. In the end, we asked about the child’s snot and cough, she said this was normal. the next day the cough got worse and we don’t know how to treat the child because the doctor simply said that this is the norm. The time before doctor man was super attentive and attractive!

Virginia Escudero: While your company charge extra without letting know the parents when an appointment is made "after hours", you totally disregard the time of your patients and families. My daughter and I were in time for our appointment at 2.40 pm and we left the office almost at 5 pm. This appointment did not require anything else than a simple conversation with the doctor, her assessment was not very throughout and the labs that my daughter needed couldnt be done due to not having the stuff... My family has been a patient of Dr. Cordero for more than 17 years, and later when the practice changed to Pediatric Associates we stayed for simple convenience. I am extremely dissatisfied with your service and the fact that you are now charging extra for getting an afternoon visit. I had to delay 3 months my daughters yearly well-check because you did not have appointments and then I received an invoice for $66 for being an "after hour" visit. The web page did not inform me when I made the appointment and the stuff in the front desk either. Again, I am not happy with your service. In a side note... This comment is more for Pediatric Associates in general and not this doctor in particular.
