5 /5 Anastasia Rose: Heather is a magician! I recently moved to the area and scarily, randomly picked a salon on Google. I chose Elevation Salon based on the beautiful aesthetics of the interior, client reviews and photos. I am so glad I did! Heather took my long grown out highlights, home cut bangs and spotty alopecia hair loss and gave me the most perfectly colored highlights that will grow out into a beautiful balayage, face framed fringe trim and subtle layers. Her attention to detail and ability to really listen to my style desires was so impressive. I left the salon with the biggest smile. I highly recommend Heather and her magical skills at Elevation Salon! I have definitely found my new stylist. Bonus, she loves dogs too! *The photo of my after hair was taken the next day after sleeping on it....It was still beautiful!

1 /5 Amanda Greggs: While the customer service was friendly and helpful in getting me in on a whim, my hair is absolutely ruined. Even with cutting from the middle part, my whole head of hair is entirely uneven. Everyone has different hair types, and I can understand any error. However, Ive learned that if a stylist asks, " Do you mind if I style waves?" this is reason to BE ALARMED! I just wish the stylist was honest instead of hiding it, I would have probably still left the $20 tip on my $65 dollar "hair butchering."

When I showed the stylist my inspiration photo, she said she wasn’t confident that she could do the cut without butchering my hair, so she referred me to Cierra Cupp. No one can tell me that this shop is just in it to make a buck; the stylists that I encountered were honest and truly talented. Cierra took my hair from fried, mid-length to a perfect pixie cut; she was very patient with my nervousness and always checked in to make sure we didn’t go shorter than i wanted. Book the appointment!
