1 /5 Jay Lau: This office staff is ridiculous, and with terrible customer service (not the office manager). I had an appointment with Dr Rios and got there 17 minutes after the appointment time. Even with an empty room (just one client waiting, maybe even for a different doctor) I was told that I needed yo reschedule the appointment, because their grace period was only 15 minutes, so for only 2 minutes, I was missing most of my day of work for nothing. And what about every single time we go to the medical appointments and we get on time, and yet we have to wait 1 hour and 1/2 after our appointment time to be seen by the doctor. I explained there was unexpected traffic, and even parking takes longer than usual because they are fixing the parking lot, so half of the parking spots are blocked, but nothing worked. So that’s it, not more Dr Rios or “”Far from”” “”Elite Health””. Next
