I thought that was strawberry but anyways oh my God me and my mom Johnny rotten we all went down there to check out the water and it was great we had so much fun it was funny as hell. We did absolutely nothing but sit there and laughed and had a great time the people were great friendly we watch the people practicing volleyball it looks like they were pros and they were about to have a competition maybe or something. We had a good view a girl and a tea bag that look like she was Brazilian very sexy. Theres all kinds of different people there there was a lot of gays, (I really hope I did that without offending anybody) because the Lord knows I am not judgmental and I am definitely buy curious at least. So anyways we had a great time and I want to go down there a lot more often I see you can take your dogs down there theres squirrels and wild birds and when you call them they come right to you they have a lot of different plants I guess it would be a little nature trail very cool. There is a bicycle trail. Like I said the volleyball courts are down there by on the beach. Then you have the straw Park swimming pool recreation area. There was plenty of parking very nearby theres a lot of people there but also plenty more parking spaces available. There are public bathrooms very accessible for everyone wheelchair accessible to. Just a good place to take your families for healthy friendly very active lifestyle down there and its its its its good times I recommend it for anybody

Boyd Hill Nature Preserve Visitor Center - Tahmea Witchard: i havent been inside to tour the nature but ive been to their park and spoke with their staff and everyone is kind and approachable, i actually lost my iphone one time visiting and a group of kids on a field trip returned it to the front desk and i was able to get it back,but i love that theres a small playground to play on so that way if you dont want to or dont have the momey to your kid can still play and have fun outside of the nature trail ,on the inside of the building there are snacks and beverages that you can purchase at low cost as low as 50¢ and they also have noveltys etc, i think its nice i do recommend

Bay Vista Park - St. Petersburg Elizabeth Gee: Always a great spot to sit and enjoy some peace. Small park is great for fishing, picnics, walking, or getting some sun. Photograph opportunities include wading birds, seabirds, tidal offerings, and the Skyway Bridge. If you arrive early enough, you can also enjoy and photograph beautiful sunrise scenes over the Bay.

Gandy Beach Mangroves - St. Petersburg Zach MacDonald: A very peaceful and tranquil place to chill out when you can get your own mangrove, which isnt too difficult during off-peak hours. Surprisingly quiet given its right off Gandy.

Dell Holmes Park - St. Petersburg Charleen Martinez: Very large park for the whole family. Amazing, closed in playground for children of all abilities and ages. There is a very clean and modern splash pad too. They are renovating the dock by the lake but the view is still nice. Lots of trees and picnic spots. Walking trails is smooth and perfect for a stroller walk.

Jungle Prada Pier - St. Petersburg Noah Von Dauber: It was normally a great place to catch the sunset, but it was destroyed by Hurricane Helene. Hopefully theyll repair it soon.

Tadeusz Kosciuszko Monument - St. Petersburg gurpsgearhead: While I have little knowledge of the namesake of this monument, I can tell that it is kept in good shape and centrally located in the Downtown district for easy accessibility. Those who bear more current interest for this monument will have better luck than I will, at least until I have more knowledge of the monument.

Gulf Beaches Historical Museum - St Pete Beach VANICE LAMBERT: I have been to the museum twice. It offers a great deal of historical information regarding coastal Pinellas County. From old documents to photographs to artifacts found on land and water. Seeing the old maps of Pinellas mangroves and orange groves to what it has now become is a bit sad. The WW2 room was my favorite. The museum can be done in 15 minutes for a quick walk through to it being a hours long excursion-it just depends on how much you want to delve into it. The volunteer docents are knowledgeable and are eager (sometimes too eager) to answer any questions. They also have free bags of goodies for children which was a nice touch.
