5 /5 Fidan Sultanova: I had an amazing experience with Julia at Emiliani Salon. I came in for a simple trim, but Julia really took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered great suggestions. She is incredibly skilled and made sure my haircut suited my face shape and hair texture. I love how she made me feel at ease throughout the entire process-very professional and friendly. The cut turned out perfect, and Ive been getting compliments ever since! Ill definitely be coming back and recommending her to all my friends.

1 /5 Juanita Marin: Extremely disappointed with my visit to this salon. The stylist seemed inexperienced and couldnt manage a proper blowout despite my clear dissatisfaction. Even after expressing my concerns, the result was frizzy terrible hair, far from a bouncy blowout. Another stylist was called in, but unfortunately, the outcome was still far from what I had expected. For a salon situated in downtown Tampa with high prices, this level of service is simply unacceptable. Improvement in skill and service quality is desperately needed.
