5 /5 Patricia Thomas: I visited EMM for the first time today and LOVED it! The salon was quiet & clean. Sydney was so kind, patient, & professional. She did an amazing job and gave me the cutest pink coquette nails, I love them so much. Tom did my pedicure and he also did a great job. I will definitely be going back.

3 /5 Claudea Belcher: Update two day later: I had to take away a star because after two days my nail polish started to crack and became distorted(see pic) I dont know what type of polish they used but it is horrible! Now I need a polish change dont think I will go back to them. For the money the polish should be better and last longer, very disappointed….Had a nice first-time experience. The place was very clean and relaxing. Great comfortable massage chairs. Greeted as soon as I came in the door. Kevin was very good, he took his time to make sure it looked good. Price was average and they even offer a variety of complimentary drinks and cocktails, but you have to ask for it.

5 /5 callista: Called last minute, and they accommodated me on a busy Sunday. Very pretty salon, love the decor and chairs. I think I had Tyler for the pedicure and Bella or Grace for manicure, both great, kind staff. They have refreshments and also offer lashes and brows.

The salon is beautiful and clean, nice amenities, prices are affordable, and everyone who I interacted with was really nice and had a good reporte with their clients. Grace came highly recommended in the reviews and she did not disappoint. I like to keep it simple and she did a great job and I cant wait to go back and maybe spice it up a little more next time :). I didnt have time for a pedicure but I will definitely be trying those services the next time I go.

5 /5 Elaishia Williams: So first time there and the atmosphere was amazing. Amy did my feet she was really good. But grace was amazing my nails have not looked this good in so long. I am already planning my next design. It was hard to get a photo but the nails look amazing either way.

Literally the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced, paid $125 for my nails with no problem but literally every single nail popped off, I went back to get them fixed they fixed it and 3 of those same nails popped off and it’s my bday weekend LITERALLY HAD TO CRAZY GLUE THEM THIS IS A JOKE. Most embarrassing thing ever and they don’t do refunds smfh !!! Only reason they get 2 stars is bc Kevin did my feet amazinglyyyyy but no smh

I went to get my nails done here Sept 20 THAT SAME NIGHT they all popped off while making dinner I didn’t even feel them. I called to have them corrected for the next available appt which they were very accommodating and Karen did the set which I was please with but unfortunately they lifted and peeled off within the week. I went BACK to address the issue and was told by Karen that my nails are the issue & I should find somebody else to do my nails and clearly she thought I didn’t know what she was doing which was far from the case. Beyond disappointed with the customer service - don’t waste your money, they don’t have 5 stars for a reason.
