3 /5 DEJA WILLIAMS: I went to go see Robin because my mom has been going to her for sometime, but If you have curly hair do not go. I asked for a balayage and a few highlights to go up to the roots to hide the grey. I started asking questions on how they get the balayage style (so we stay in the topic of it). After she was done I brushed it out (because I am tender-headed so I asked to) she said “do you want me to straighten or cut it” I said “no it’s okay.” She was like “ it will look different straight “ I told her again “ I don’t ever straighten my hair so it’s okay” I was still messing with my hair. She offered and I said “if you want to you can” so she did and when it’s straight it looks a lot better than it does curly. (Which is why I said don’t go if you have curly hair, I’ll include the straight pictures too) it looks bad unfortunately , now that I curled my hair. It has a brassy uneven look to it, I have half of my head lighter than the other. This is my first time ever getting my hair professionally (my mom use to just paint highlights) and I did tell her this as did my mom multiple times in the appointment. So I wasn’t sure what was good or not especially with it straight. My mom texted her about it, and at first she said “ok” and once my mom said we will go to someone else to fix it she said “she would fix it today or tomorrow”
Update: Robin did send partial refund due to my unhappiness and scheduling elsewhere for a correction. so customer service is good.
