This has been my go to salon for 2yrs and I now had to find a new hair salon because after multiple attempts of trying to text my new stylist and call/text the salon I have yet to hear a response from anyone (mind you this is not the first time this happens). I guess they don’t want more business? I get people are busy, but at least a response back at a somewhat timely manner is professional. Ever since my hair stylist Roxanne left it hasn’t been the same… Had to find a new salon

The facility is interesting as its different stylists who operate separately so just make sure you know the name of who youre seeing to find their appropriate area. The facility was clean and tidy. I wont be going anywhere else!

Toni Sanchez: Second time Eddie ruined my hair. He cannot lighten or balayage accurately. My hair either ends up gray or orange. This time he turned my blonde gold /orange. He does 5 or 6 customers at the same time so u end up waiting & waiting & waiting. He did agree to fix my hair a week later then canceled to go to a party. He gave my $425 back but I still had orange hair. Eddie is only about making money. Paying $400 to share my appointment time with other customers is not appropriate & thats why my hair turned out like this. Quantity over quality is his practice. Terrible business practice, work ethic & quality.

I have nearly waist-length hair and get a Brazilian Blowout which makes my normally very frizzy/curly hair so straight, silky, and smooth. She is also excellent at getting my hair color exactly the way I want it. My daughter has had her hair cut and styled by both Brittany and Nichole and has been very happy each time. Natasha Olivares: Worst hair cut/experience of my life!! I barely made it out the door before I started crying. I am absolutely mortified with the cut I was given. I asked for a small center section of whispy long bangs. I explicitly said no layers in the bottom of my hair and now I have layers that fly up that I hate. I asked for the cut on the blonde and what I got was bangs cut straight across my head above my eyebrows. Its absolutely awful. There is nothing I can do with them, because they are wayyyyyyy too short. I had to color out my face as my eyes are very red and puffy. I now have to wear a hat everyday for the next couple months because the bangs are too short to make them even look decent. Also, if you were more focused on the picture I had and my hair instead of talking on the phone while trying to work, then maybe it would have been a different experience.
