4 /5 byloulouu Fran: A perfect place to enjoy with friends! the service was good. The spa has a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for disconnecting from stress. The facilities are very well maintained, clean and with a beautiful design that invites tranquility. In addition, they have common areas where you can enjoy a drink and chat comfortably. I recommend this place especially if you are looking for a group experience; it is ideal for spending time with friends and enjoying a unique moment. We will definitely be back!

4 /5 Lori A: This weekend we attended a dermatology conference. Wonderful facilities for conferences. We stayed 2 days on site and there are some pros and cons. Beautiful grounds from the entryway to the pools and restaurants. There is an adults only pool however be aware that drinks seems to be even more expensive than normal at this pool. Our particular mojito and Margarita tasted terrible. We paid $97 for 2 drinks and a corona in a can. So be aware of that. Room was nice. We did not have hot water for 2 days so that tends to be a thing there from what we understand. Also a BIG thing to know...the stocked refrigerator is weight based. So as soon as you pick up a drink you are charged. I bought my own drinks thinking I could use the refrigerator- DONT DO THIS! They were gracious enough to refund after showing photos. I called 3 times to have someone come to our room to have refrigerator inspection- no one ever came. Beds are comfy with plenty of pillows. The thermostat is very bright at night so you may want a mask to sleep. Definitely bring earplugs the sounds from the hall Definitely echo in the room. There are so many things going on at this hotel I do not believe you would be bored. They have bikes for you, beach across the bike road, pools, spa ($250 for hour Massage) concerts at night. We ate lunch at the sushi restaurant and have nothing but complements. Our server was outstanding. Sushi was great. I had the lychee Martini and it was perfect. Sweet but not to sweet. So keep in mind there is no microwave or usable refrigerator in the room. That may be important for persons with children. Overall we had a great time.

2 /5 Svetlana Foster: I was expecting more I went in for a prenatal massage and left very disappointed. We stayed at the Nobu hotel back in may 2024 for our babymoon and was looking forward to a nice relaxing massage. I’ve gotten a few prenatal massages before so I had expectations and one of those expectations was a cut out belly table. Now I should’ve asked if they had that, but jf you offer a prenatal massage I would just assume you have those tables. So I was laying on my side for the full 50 minutes switching sides halfway. And when I say the massage itself was so dissatisfying it’s really an understatement. It was a back rub. That’s all it was. Paying $190 for a massage, I expect more honestly. This is a late review because I honestly forgot about it but I just want to warn other to be moms out there that if you’re expecting a massage, you’re just gonna get a back rub. My husband got a deep massage , it was good not great. And on top you get a service charge?? I’m already paying for the service , why the additional service charge of $42 each. The vibes and atmosphere were great though.
