1 /5 Alexander: Did a mani and pedi Monday and only mani I had where I left with 3 of my fingers bleeding and one needing a band and. I’m not sure what she did but the sides of my fingers where nail edges are are all tender/sore. The pedicure was also rough as both my big toes she dug really deep in my nail beds and she cut the edges and pulled the nail pieces/stems (not sure what it would be called) out and man was it painful. I got a pedicure here about a month ago and it was a great experience but this last one I felt like I got butchered

3 /5 Rosanna Dubbs: Went here tonight for pedicure for myself and a girlfriend. My girlfriend had Christian he did a great job and her nails looked great. Mine after 60$ and having to come home and re do them is not the best experience so wouldnt recommend them. She put one coat of nail polish and then top coat so you could still see my nails underneath and it was uneven so you could see my nails around the edges. Just for the price paid would expect a higher quality service and this wasnt it. I asked for a second coat and it got put on and then no top coat so they just look sloppy at this point :( maybe luck of the draw bc again, my GF had a great pedi, but we wont be going back here again.

5 /5 MCL: The shop is immaculately clean, and the staff is lovely. Even in searching for a Christmas red color, “Bang” took some little nail tips and tried different reds on them so I could see exactly which one I wanted. She and her husband Tom are absolutely wonderful and most of all she does a fantastic job with my nails – acrylic fill. Plus I feel like I’m a valued customer here. I tried several nail shops in this area and this is the one I will be staying with.

5 /5 Olivia Choinski: Absolutely love this place! Came here to get both a manicure and pedicure for prom and it did not disappoint!! Tom did my manicure (acrylic tip + gel) and Christian did my pedicure (French/gel). I also got my eyebrows waxed and everything was phenomenal! Overall environment was very welcoming and warm too. Definitely recommend going to Essence because I know I will be back!
