5 /5 Tialisa Whipple: Walked in with no appointment, and they took me on the spot. I got a full set with gel polish. The place was pleasant, staff was accomodating and it was an overall enjoyable experience. The bill came out to $48 which was less than I was used to paying in NY so I was happy. I scheduled my next appointment on the spot.

5 /5 Melissa Kilcrease: Called and they got me in right away. Tom did an AMAZING job on my fill with gel and changed the color on my toes with gel. My nails look BEAUTIFUL and the price was very reasonable.

1 /5 The Po: Brought my mom in to have her nails done. The fee was $22.00. I gave the girl at the front $25.00 expecting to get my $3 in change. The girl walked back to the nail tech and gave her the cash. She stuck the $25 in her pocket and neither one of them mentioned the change. Normally I would have said something but I was more concerned with taking care of my mom. I had a $5 bill that I was going to give her but because they never offered the change they cheated themselves out of a bigger tip. Im done with this place. Next!

1 /5 Tita Bartels: We walked in to get our nails done. The lady in the first station was so rude. She blurted out that we need to make an appointment. And just walked away. I said ok can we make one . She then said she didn’t have anything anytime soon. Would have to be next week. It’s not that they didn’t have any availability. That’s not my issue It’s her delivery and her awful attitude. I went down the street to star nails and they were so accommodating and polite. She is definitely in the wrong business with that attitude. I will never go there again

1 /5 Gloria Davila: I have to canceled my appt with Chanel twice and reschedule on time, due to personal emergency and no transportation.. Today when I called an oriental lady answered , she was very rude and even said "no more appts for you, you cancel a lot". What kind of service is that? Please. Ocala customers use another place. They should provide a service and be willing to accomodate customers. This Place not recommended!
