5 /5 Cecilia Washington: Dr. Jackie Johns is absolutely amazing! My daughter came in on a Saturday morning for emergency dental work. Dr. Johns stepped in right away and knew exactly what needed to be done. He took his time and explained every part of the process with us and kept my daughter calm. He talked to her during the procedure to reassure her that she was doing good and was going to be ok. He performed a root canal and fixed two of her broken teeth. He is very thorough and took his time. Dr. Johns is very great with children! I highly recommend him for all of your dental needs! He has a wealth of knowledge and expertise, I am so glad he was able to help my daughter, thank you Dr. Johns!!

1 /5 angels lil: Went to this facility for a tooth extraction and Dr. Jackie Johns was very unprofessional and rude! They did not bill my insurance for the tooth extraction the billing office billed false codes that Delta insurance doesnt even recognize. Run from this place he is entitled an VERY unprofessional

1 /5 Pfs Rvo: Used a groupon deal for a cleaning, seemed like a good deal for $50. I have never had a cavity or any major problems (63 years old). The hygienist that I was scheduled for apearantly quit that morning (no surprise) and they had ordered a temp for my cleaning. The temp was super nice but did not know how to operate all the systems. I advised them that I have a bad bad gag reflex and had problems tolerating these bulky x-ray trays in my mouth and almost threw up several times. Mind you I only wanted a cleaning, nothing else. So the lady cleaned my teeth, did a great job. She explained to the doctor my issues with the x-rays, but he insisted to take them. So this other lady comes in and basically barked at me to go sit down and try again. I told her that I dont need the x-ray to begin with and since my teeth were clean I could just walked out. Long story short they had another x-ray machine that is not invasive and they took the pics. Then I had to wait again for the doctor to finish the exam. Mind you I had been there for over 2 hours already and decided to leave. The receptionist was super nice by the way, but had really no clue about Groupon. Also noticed the exam room floor was dirty and looked run down. Will never go there again.

5 /5 Tyler Jeck: I visited Dr. John on April 11 2017 and had an excellent experience. I was in Florida for a work event and had a crown from a recent root canal completely fall out. I drove to the clinic immediately around 8pm at night. Fortunately for me the doctor had just finished on another patient and was already at the office, there is only one dentist so if he is not there it may take more time. The entire staff were extremely friendly and put me at ease. As soon as the patient before me was done I was seen, about 20 minutes. The emergency/ after-hours fee was $125 that was upfront before being seen. Before examining my teeth, a simple cement job was recommended. He was not going to charge me anything extra. Yet he noticed that a post and core would be needed. The procedure was reasonably priced but Dr. John was extremely nice and wanted to work with me on the price since I was active duty military. He worked on my teeth for only 20 minutes before finishing. He showed great care during the procedure, it was completely painless. Altogether it took roughly 1 hr – 1 hr 30 min. I waited to write this review until my own dentist could evaluate the work. Yesterday my dentist took x-rays and said Dr. John’s work was excellent and I would need no further work. I am extremely grateful for Dr. John (and his staff) for their care over me. I also wanted to address some of the negative reviews I see on here. Dr. John has excellent chair side manner, he was extremely polite and caring the entire time. Expect a couple hours here, there is one dentist on call 24 hours a day. Since this is an emergency clinic you should also expect to pay a premium. However, I thought the prices were very reasonable. If you disagree look at the bill your regular dentist sends to your insurance, these prices are a fraction of those. This was a very nice looking dentist office with a nicer setup than my current dentist. The only messy/ dirty room I saw was the room that a patient had just been seen in (they had not had time to clean yet). There are multiple rooms and the room I was in was clean and sterile. I have no idea why someone would say this is a scam… They are extremely upfront about every price before they start the procedure. Again, Dr. John was not rude, very polite and completely competent in his work. I wrote this review out of gratitude and respect for Dr. John and his staff. I hope it helps you if you find yourself in an unfortunate situation that requires an emergency/ after-hours dentist.

5 /5 Mel F: I was so pleasantly surprised with how smoothly everything went with this dentist office , Im still in shock . I desperately called for a wisdom tooth extraction as it grew in that final centimeter where it , non-stop , made the entire right side of my face feel numb and painful . My jaw , my temple , down my throat , it had just pinched a nerve or something that put me in so much pain . And , of course , this had to happen on a Sunday . It was not a problem for this office , though , cause as soon as I finished up the phone call with them and showed up , is as soon as I was taken to the back and my extraction began . They let me know the pricing upfront and what was going on with my tooth/teeth via the xray . The nurses were so sweet and helpful and considerate of my dramatic self , holding my face like it was gonna fall off . The doctor , Dr. Johns , was very knowledgeable and the way he quite literally was done in 5 mins , I was baffled . I was in that office , from beginning to end , no longer than an hour . Never experienced a dental procedure like that so smoothly in my life ! I highly recommend this place and no where else !
