2 /5 Gio Mor: Although there was a nice tech that did my eyebrows and a sweetheart that did my pedicure, my nail tech was rude tugging at my fingers in frustration. She made me feel as if she didnt want to help me. I walked in at 6 pm they close at 7:30pm. Everything was done right before 8pm but not my wrong doing but rather the lack of talent in using dip, to filing correctly and clearing the dust from my fingers with a brush that stained my nails. The attention to detail was non existent. The nail art I requested to be removed because it was extremely childlike experience level. I paid in full $90 for something worth maybe $60 plus I gave fair tips of $35/ total of 25% even though their work was poor. I left crying in frustration because no one there cared about making me happy as a first time customer. No one offered to make it right. That has a lot to say about their way of doing business. I will not be returning but Im sure they could care less.
