1 /5 Marissa T: I was following a nail tech from a different salon. It was always inconvenient because she said they don’t take appointments here. I continued to drive there because I liked her. I’ve had to wait in more than one occasion. Today I decided to go for a pedicure as tomorrow is my birthday. I called as I was driving to make sure Nicole was available. A woman answered told me to hold while she checked with her. She came back and said she will be available in 10 mins, I told her I’d be there in 20x she said that’s fine she will be waiting for you. I arrived at the salon and went to the desk and said I was there for a pedicure with Nicole. He said Nicole is unavailable and with a client. I then stated I called 20 mins prior and spoke to somebody who stated she was available And waiting for me. He told me there’s no way as there phone isn’t working. He told me she isn’t available for an hour and a half. He pretended to not understand my English and tried to confuse and manipulate me. Nicole came to the front and said I’m sorry I have a client coming she is on her way. I’m confused first come first serve and they don’t take appointments how does this make sense? Needless to say I wasted over an hour driving to and from the salon for poor communication and manipulation. I will not return! Terrible customer service!

1 /5 Damaris Hisick: Went to get my toes done, the first time was great except my right foot had crooked toe nails. So I went in another time to get those fixed. I told him ( the tech), she( another tech that did great), used tips and he told me “ it doesn’t matter it will be the same.” And so he ( THE tech), went ahead and applied acrylics to my entire nail without tips. And it turned out even worse. And he told his manager in another language ( of course not in english so I couldn’t defend myself.) that he was confused when i told him right before he applied acrylic. I noticed the acrylic on my right acrylic pinky toe was kinda coming off. So I thought I would remove it. And i removed it alright. Long story short my entire pinky toe natural nail came off with the acrylic. And I called them to let them know hey this happened. And The manager had THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME IT WAS MY FAULT ITS FROM MY SHOES. I literally wear the same sandals everyday of my life or I’m barefoot. I wear those same sandals every-time i go to get my nails done fingers or toes….. ALSO!!!!!! Its doing it to my other toes and it hurts!!!! i have 3 toes without natural toe nails going on 4!!!! He wants me to come in there to show him for idk proof or something?? Well heres your proof. This has never happened to me before.

5 /5 Rachel Rhodes: Best nail salon place in town! We walked in this morning and was greeted. Everyone was so nice and me and my daughters nails turned out so good. I literally showed a picture of what I wanted and they rocked it! Ivy did my nails and I absolutely loved her. Thank you guys for making our experience so pleasant!
