1 /5 Marissa T: I was following a nail tech from a different salon. It was always inconvenient because she said they don’t take appointments here. I continued to drive there because I liked her. I’ve had to wait in more than one occasion. Today I decided to go for a pedicure as tomorrow is my birthday. I called as I was driving to make sure Nicole was available. A woman answered told me to hold while she checked with her. She came back and said she will be available in 10 mins, I told her I’d be there in 20x she said that’s fine she will be waiting for you. I arrived at the salon and went to the desk and said I was there for a pedicure with Nicole. He said Nicole is unavailable and with a client. I then stated I called 20 mins prior and spoke to somebody who stated she was available
And waiting for me. He told me there’s no way as there phone isn’t working. He told me she isn’t available for an hour and a half. He pretended to not understand my English and tried to confuse and manipulate me. Nicole came to the front and said I’m sorry I have a client coming she is on her way. I’m confused first come first serve and they don’t take appointments how does this make sense? Needless to say I wasted over an hour driving to and from the salon for poor communication and manipulation. I will not return! Terrible customer service!
