Bill Tonn: One year ago I had problems that were tormenting me to the point of not sleeping and driving me into a deep state of worry and depression. I was passing through Arcadia onr Sunday morning and knew that I had to find a house of God to pray in. The Lord led me to the front door of The Allied Church Of God In Christ, and into the hands of Pastor Felton. I sat in the back pew and started my prayers thinking that I would leave an offering and leave as quietly as I had came in. Paster Felton halted those plans by welcoming me and asking me to please come up and hold her hands as she and the congregation prayed "for this stranger whose heart was heavy and was traveling with a troubled mind". As Pastor Felton prayed, I felt my burdons flowing out of my body through my hands that she was holding tightly. I have never before experienced such a feeling. Pastor Felton and her congregation brought tears to my eyes and helped me a great deal that Sunday morning. They are wonderful loving people who I will never forget and still pray for to this day. I hope to one day walk into The Allied Church Of God In Christ as quietly as I did in Jan. 2016, and worship with those wonderful people again. In Gods name, Bill Tonn
