Highly recommend!!! Candlelight was the icing on the cake!!! First Baptist Church of St Petersburg was a beautiful venue for the music!

5 /5 Miss O.: Really a nice experience! The string quartet was so talented! The Queen and Abba selections were great! The setting at the church was just beautiful, ideal for this concert. Ample seating and parking, friendly hosts!! Our party of 4 really enjoyed our evening. I look forward to looking for a candlelight Christmas concert next year- not sure if that is an option - but it would be wonderful!

Kathryn Perry: My wife and I have searched for a truly affirming and welcoming church for years, and we finally found this in Different Church. It is amazing to attend the services and see the diversity amongst the people who come together each Sunday. Our experiences in previous churches have been difficult and there were times when we nearly gave up, believing there was no church that existed where we could be our true selves and not feel ashamed. Not only is the music incredible, but each Sunday, we are moved by the message (or messages) of Pastor Hannah’s sermons. She breaths life back into us as the human beings we are by helping us to understand a perspective of the Bible and of worship that is not wrapped in alienation or condemnation but instead love, peace, acceptance and comfort. The only thing I wish for this church is for more members to join and experience all it has to offer. I look forward to each Sunday and am excited to continue to become a part of the Different Church family.

Rebecca Peterson: We came to attend the 11 oclock service and found out that the service had been changed to 10 am. We were invited to attend the Appreciation Lunch they were having for their volunteers. It turned out to be a very enjoyable time and a great opportunity to see learn about all the activities of the church. We were very welcomed.

Friendship & Pasadena Baptist was our families church some 25 years ago. The church led my daughter and sons to Christ. Pastor Fred helped our family grow in many ways. Thankful for this church, and the fact that Friendship is still here today doing the Lords work by faithfully teaching and preaching the word of God. I’ll be praying for everyone who attends here, for they are receiving a poisoned message if not fake. As well for this “pastor”, because his judgment will be harsher than the normal people, because he knows better and still decided to shift from Jesus to his political agenda, and politics is satan’s game.
