5 /5 Shannon Vidal: I grew up in the Presbyterian Church. When I was a kid we had a pastor that was incredible. I have been searching for a pastor that moved me since childhood. I have been to many Presbyterian Churches and not one pastor could live up to it - until I came here. Pastor Kennedy is an amazing orator & gives the most thought-provoking sermons I’ve ever heard. The whole congregation is thoroughly engaged the entire time & you feel like a different person when you leave. The congregation is small but I really don’t understand how - because if they heard his sermons, they would come running. The church itself is beautiful and the people there are so nice & welcoming. My son also goes to the preschool/daycare. They are wonderful caregivers! We moved & had a lot of personal things going on so we could not go for a couple of months & we missed it so much! I felt like my life was a little more dull without the pastor’s sermons. I feel relieved to be going back this week. If you are looking for a new church, there is no other one than this one!

5 /5 Nathalie Wagner: Christmas Eve Service is always special. Church comes alive with the Christmas Story. This church is beautifully decorated , a children’s play with shepherds, angels, Joseph, Mary, baby Jesus and a dedicated pastor. The handbell choir, pianist, violinist and the choir makes it even more special. We are here from Germany on vacation almost every year, to visit this church makes the vacation precious.

5 /5 Carlos Fernandez: The congregation may be small but it is a warm and welcoming church. The church is made up of long time Hollywood natives as well as newcomers to the area from all over the US and the world. The pastors sermons are relevant, energetic, and thought provoking.

Giramar Laguerre: New Season is truly one of a kind, I have never found a church quite like this one. Pastor David has truly ministered to my life in many ways and the leaders that he has placed over me (Gio & Edwin) are truly dedicated and loving in a way that words cannot describe. My spiritual life has catapulted since joining and all those around me can say the same. If you’re looking for a church (even if you’re an English speaker like me) give New Season a chance and you won’t be disappointed!!!

Wendy Dias: I’m a visitor to the church. This is the second mass I’m attending at the Little Flower church this year. The priest at the 11 AM mass needs to change his approach to his homilies. He speaks too long without a clear, relatable message. His tone is lecturing - eg, using the word “nonsense” several times. He does not speak at a level that children can understand. Also the hygiene around the Eucharistic ministry was lacking. Father was coughing all through mass and there was no hand sanitizer available on the altar for him to use.

The Catholic school is also award winning and well run. Ive done both of my sacraments Communion and Confirmation here. Now my son has done his Baptism here 15 years later after my sacraments.

Sky higher grounds “Hearts”: The church is great. They worship well the lord. HoweverThe preschool center is poorly managed by the director. The employees hang out in the back & ignore you. Youll be lucky if they open the door. They talk poor to clients give attitude. Had a hard time, if you dont serve or become a membe. they charge you double plus a deposit, I thought it was going to be a nice easy process since its christian based and God wants us all to love and be nice.

We have such a great church family and absolutely have never felt so loved, accepted etc etc as we do at lighthouse church. Chows Cleaning Service: Very political and kneals to Trump! I need to stay clear of politics when praising our lord. There is absolutely nothing wrong with praying for the American president—in fact, I completely agree with you. I must say that I am among those who kneel in prayer for Mr. Trump, hoping he will finally make the right decisions. Mr. Coleman’s happiness was evident when the president signed the executive order recognizing two biological sexes. At the end of the day, regardless of our faults or mistakes, we are all God’s children, and our sins will be forgiven. I attended this church for two years, and I never once heard Mr. Coleman say anything positive about former President Biden. In fact, he consistently spoke negatively about him. I appreciate all of your comments and the Bible verses cited, but unfortunately, none of them apply to what Mr. Trump is currently doing. Mr. Coleman often says that if a member is not actively involved in a church, then Sheridan Baptist Church is not the place for them. I find this a bit harsh because I was taught that a church should be open to everyone.

All will find out how amazing, how holy and loving God is, and how much we need Him in our lives. No church is totally perfect (as the church consists of humans and all are sinners!).... BUT: If the Apostle Paul had written a letter to the Hollywoodians (addressed to Park Road Presbyterian Church), it would probably have consisted of only 2 words: THUMBS UP!.
