1 /5 Benito Supplice: The front office staff needs more training on what is called customer service, they are doing an extremely poor job at that. The front office staff should be attracting customers to a business, not do the opposite by pushing them away, which can be really damaging to a business. Before I wrote this review I looked at the other reviews to see if it was just me, who by some odd chance had a bad encounter with someone else who was having a bad day. But all the reviews are consistent, RUDE, IGNORANT, and just negative experiences from frustrated customers. I dont write reviews often, and when I do it is usually positive feedbacks for a business. But, today I was motivated by the terrible experience I had to write this, I truly hope that this issue gets resolved.
