Suzanne Wooodcock: Not very clean. Used dirty water to clean brush after my pedicure. No cleaning solution. Made mistakes on waxing-forgot half of eyebrows and lips. Waxing area very dirty. Took paper to do waxing out of trash. Made mistakes on bill. Need to do big cleaning including bathrooms and train staff better.
