5 /5 Joseph Engel: Had my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Hernandez last Friday & it was a breeze! I was back at work on Sunday. Im a bit of a health anxiety freak & never had surgery before, so I was a bit nervous. However, Dr. Hernandez & his team ensured I was in great hands, & indeed, I was! It was my first time going under anesthesia (moderate IV sedation), (twilight sedation), and it could not have gone any smoother. Initially, I asked Dr. Hernandez if he would do it under local anesthesia, but he told me its best if I am out for the procedure. Right he was! As soon as the IV went in, I was waking up with gauze in my mouth. Literally, like a blink of an eye. Absolutely no pain and honestly, no swelling. Didnt even take any pain meds. I have dental insurance, but Dr. Hernandez was not in network with it, so I paid out of pocket to ensure I get the best care. All in all, Dr. Hernandez & his team are the absolute best & I am forever grateful for him & his team! If anyone needs their wisdom teeth removed or any oral procedure, this is the place to go 100000000%. Thank you Dr. Hernandez and the Fort Lauderdale OMS team!!!!!!!

Through the whole process of removing all 4 of my wisdom teeth and a molar, he was knowledgable, developed a great game-plan, and executed everything with diligence and expertise. He made the dreadful experience of tooth extraction feel smooth and effortless. On top of that, all of the staff were friendly, professional, and effective in their own regard. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.
