Long version: Theres a reason these people have the reviews they do. Let me explain. First of all, you should know that I dont let anyone touch any of my vehicles. Frankly, normally, its just too much of a hassle to undo the damage that they do and listen to all the nonsense that they spew. They usually try to sell you with fear to get work that you dont need.
I went to Fountain knowing what the car needed. Rich was able to tell me what he would do and he knew exactly what he was talking about, 100%. Then, I sprung a little "extra" something that the vehicle had an oil leak. He, again, knew exactly what was going on took care of it. But here the best part, he doesnt over-charge. I dont mean he is "cheap"... I mean he does really high quality work for a fair and honest price - and he gets it done in a timely fashion while still explaining what is going on.
Honestly, until now I would hate the thought of bringing any of my vehicles to anyone... but now... if theres work that I dont have the time to do - Fountain is getting the work. Its just that simple. OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!!!
