The customer service here AMAZING! The entire staff is so sweet and catering. I personally do my nails with Liusmila, her work is PERFECTION. Every time I come here, Im served the most delicious coffee. It completes my experience lol. Keep in mind this is a high-end nail salon, youre getting what youre paying for. If you want to feel pampered and have the BEST take care of you, this is where its at.
8&22 Hair Salon - Miami Ashley Menna: Awesome! The owner Jorge does an amazing job with color. Ive been coming to this salon for many years and have yet to be disappointed! All the stylists are great and prices are reasonable.

It’s unfortunate that my attempts to communicate with you regarding our paid contract for content via social cat have gone unanswered, and I recently discovered that I’ve been blocked on social media. This is deeply disappointing, especially as I’ve approached this situation with professionalism and patience.
I want to be clear that if I don’t receive a resolution by Monday, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter by reporting your business to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and sharing my experience with other creators who have come forward about similar concerns regarding your customer service practices.
If financial constraints are the reason for this issue, I believe humility and honesty would go a long way. However, if that’s not the case, I respectfully urge you to honor our agreement to avoid further action. It’s disheartening to see such behavior, particularly from a Black-owned business, as it perpetuates negative stereotypes that so many of us work hard to overcome.
I’ll take this as a lesson learned to research businesses more thoroughly before entering into agreements, but I’m hopeful you’ll take this opportunity to resolve the matter amicably. Please let me know how you plan to proceed.
