5 /5 Dreezy: Best nail shop experience ever! At one point, I had two nail techs doing my nails at the same time. One working on my hands and one finishing my pedicure. The techs were so kind and uplifting, one in particular called me a queen twice. They also gave me some snacks, made great conversation and even had us laughing. They are just joyful people. They speak to you soon as you come through the door, they are transparent about their prices, and also offer waxing services. This was my first time at the shop but I saw some of their regulars come in and they treated EVERYONE with the same respect. Amazing job!

As a young mom who is constantly on her feet, theyve suffered with cracks and dryness that never seemed to go away no matter how much Id try to manage them myself. No regular nail salon pedicure could help. A medical pedicure is what I needed and Dollhouse collective provides an incredible service where Ilana takes her time to provide you with a tailored service for your feet. I called many podiatrists in the area looking for this service but non provided it. Thankfully, i was referred to Ilana by Family podiatry, which was such a blessing. Thank you!!

Beibi Mckenzie: The worst experience in my life with a simple pedicure . Note : The only professional at the salon is the owner gentleman that works there all others not at all . Went for a pedicure the tech made me bleed a lot right when she first started she said sorry i hit the wrong spot/nerve. she had no gloves on ,she cleaned the tub and then went back into touching my feet without washing her hands then had the owner come speak to me for the pain she caused at making me bleed a lot . The owner apologized and finished my nails for her . My nails were already painted from the tech but the owner started cutting and kept grooming my toe nails while painted as if the tech didn’t finish the job correctly. This experience was a very painful disaster . I Just gave birth a few months ago I wanted to pamper myself and this is what I got . A painful disaster . Lady’s run…. I do not recommend this place at all .

I have to be very loyal to her as she is the only person in Gainesville who is able to meet all my standards(I know I expect a lot). He did a big mess with my toe nails and hands, he didnt even soaked my hands in warm water, and they charged me $51.00. He left all the hard skin around my nails. They are not good at all.
