5 /5 Mark Santospago: I was looking for a reputable shop to service the brakes on my mother in laws Dodge Durango. I called around from at least 6 other shops in the area to get my best price. When I called Global Auto Care, Nesto the owner, answered the phone and told me they don’t give quotes over the phone. He said if you bring the car in to the shop, he could look at it and give me a quote. I didn’t really like this option but he sweetened the deal by saying he’ll match any lower price and discount it another 10 percent. Lo and behold after his quote, there was another shop that was slightly less expensive than his. He not only matched the prices but discounted it another 10%. I agreed on the price and he started the brake job right away. Little over 3 hours later the job was completed. The pads and rotors used were great quality.
I was very impressed by the way he did a total evaluation of the vehicle with videos showing everything that needed attention by using a special software prior to my service. He sent out a text which you can watch on your phone and check off anything you would like to have repaired. A week later we had another service performed which went well.
I worked in the car repair business most of my life as well as DOT state government. I’ve seen hundreds of garages and this place is run like a Swiss watch. I highly recommend them.
