They take the time to explain each step of the treatment process and make sure all my questions are answered. The office is always clean and inviting, which makes every visit comfortable. I appreciate how flexible they are with scheduling and how they truly care about the individual needs of each patient. Dr. Goff goes above and beyond to ensure youre well taken care of. Overall, I couldnt be happier with my sons treatment, and I highly recommend Goff Orthodontics to anyone looking for top-notch orthodontic care!

5 /5 Deanna Moorman: It is wonderful when an office staff is easy to work with, which is what happens at Dr. Goff’s office. Dr. Goff is super chill and easy to talk to, his prices are fair, and the staff is friendly. When it comes to scheduling, the staff is incredibly easy to work with, they are supportive, helpful and kind. When my children have issues and need to be seen in between visits, I am able to reach out to the office and they are able to accommodate us by getting my children in as soon as possible. I am very thankful for Patricia, Wendy, and Glenda for all their hard work when it comes to scheduling.

From the application of her braces to their removal, the entire process was seamless. The photos posted show Hannah before braces, with braces, and just minutes after having them removed. We visited both the Melbourne and Palm Bay locations and had excellent experiences at both offices. Her smile is now perfect, and she hasn’t stopped smiling since we left the office. Dr. Goff even commented that he had never seen her smile during the two years of her treatment until the braces were off! The care provided by everyone — from the doctors and hygienist to the front desk staff— was exceptional. Every single person greeted us with a smile every time we were there. We highly recommend Goff Orthodontics!

5 /5 Mike B: This is an incredibly efficient office. They run like clockwork. When it is your appointment time, you are in and being attended to. My daughter had an invisiline treatment. It took a bit longer than planned to complete the process, but she is extremely happy with the results after 3 years of following the instructions to a t. The office is very concerned that the patient is happy along the way and with the finished product. Be patient and do as instructed, and you will get great results. Braces would be quicker, but there are pros and cons to both. It would be great if all offices could model the professionalism and efficiency of Brilliant Smiles.
