Its not surprising that they were covered with hair since she yanked on my head and ripped through my knots instead of working through them. Again, my 2 year old would have brushed my hair less painfully. And to Michelle "match my roots" means "dye my hair a completely different color." Avoid this place at all costs or you will be like me, scalp sore from being yanked on and burned with scalding water, hair chopped so bad I had to go straight to another place and pay another $100+ to get it fixed, and walking around with bizarre colored hair. Shell also try to overcharge you, so make sure you keep an eye on her. That wont be hard because shell hover over you while you calculate the tip.
