The wonderful receptionist helped me with my insurance issues and was so patient and accommodating. She went above and beyond to help me, and honestly, it was just so nice to be treated like a human being instead of a nuisance!
In addition to having amazing interactions with all of the staff, this is without a doubt the most thorough experience as far as exams and cleanings and really educating on the importance of oral hygiene. They do not rush. They take the time to really take care of you, that you understand why theyre doing what they do and ensure youre as comfortable as possible.
The office and waiting area are bright and very clean and welcoming. Throughout the office, there are really fun and beautiful pictures of teeth and dental instruments. Its unique and really gives the atmosphere so much charm.
I am so grateful to Dr. Chery and the staff for such an outstanding experience. As someone who is genuinely uncomfortable and at times very nervous about going to the dentist, I can say that those days are behind me!
