I havent been disappointed since I became your patient in 1976 with Dr Greg, then my friend and fellow cheerleader at fpc the beautiful Margaret Peggy Walsh Johnston(rip), now with Dr JJ Johnston. Dr. Jeremiah Mahoney DMD - Palm Coast Roger Biddle: On Friday night, I had a temporary bridge that was covering 5 teeth come loose while brushing. I was honestly a little panicked, I could not chew, and I was afraid of swallowing the temporary bridge. I called the Drs phone number first thing Saturday morning, within an hour I got a call back directly from Dr. Mahoney agreeing to meet me immediately to re-cement my bridge back in. What a relief, but the significant part to me was not just that he personally responded and showed up, but I had specifically told the emergency number that it was a simple re-cement that any of the dental assistants could do. Dr. Mahoney explained to me that he was not comfortable to put his female staff into a potential dangerous situation alone in the office with a stranger. I could not have been more impressed with his dedication to me as a patient but also his concern for his staff. Ive always liked coming to Dr. Mahoney he makes the visits light-hearted and does his best to relax the patients under difficult situations, but today he went above and beyond and I just had to speak out about it.
Dr. Frederick A. Fox, DDS - Palm Coast Rob Underwood: Painless paperwork and fun-loving work ethic. I loved my visit yesterday. My experience started the day before with a phone call from Dr. Fox. He called to ask if there was anything specific I needed him to look at before my appointment the following day. It was very surprising and well appreciated! The receptionist took care of all my insurance work, everybody was highly professional, and experienced. My teeth cleaning went smoothly and my gums didnt hurt afterwards. The staff was able to answer all my questions and they were very patient about that. Best dental experience Ive ever had. Im looking forward to my next cleaning in a few months.

Vernon Gordon, DDS - Palm Coast Seth Hazen: Let me start by saying that in my nightmares, the Devil always wears a Dentist coat. Ive had a lot of bad luck with dentists that I will not get into. Recently I was facing a major decision regarding my teeth. I made an appointment with Dr.Gordon and everything went smooth the first visit. They did all the x-rays, cleaned teeth and then Dr.Gordon came in, did his exam and explained to me the options I had. He answered every question I had and put me at ease, helping me make my choice easier. Well the day came and I had to get a lot of teeth extracted. He took the time to make sure I was numb and told me when I would feel pressure, etc. He kept reassuring me and kept the mood light despite my anxiety and fear. When we moved to the last two teeth to go, they were "hot", meaning very infected and the root was not getting novacaine. No matter how much novacaine I got, when he tried to pull the tooth it hurt bad. Most dentists would leave you in pain to make an appointment with an oral surgeon, not Dr.Gordon. He drilled to the root (yes it hurt for a second or two) and then injected the root directly (hurt like hell for two seconds). After that he was able to pop them out. He is the only dentist I will ever go to. His staff cleaned me up, made sure I understood the aftercare directions and provided me with what I needed till the next day (follow up appointment 24hrs later). What I went through was not easy, but Dr.Gordon made it 99.5% pain free. Ive never even liked a dentist before, I love this man. He is a true professional of his craft and he cares about his patients.
