5 /5 Tina Lo: Tom, owner of Greg’s Collision, was such a blessing after my SUV was rear-ended. He gave me step-by-step directions on who to contact and what to do to get my Toyota RAV4 to his shop and secure a rental car through the other driver’s insurance. On top of this already amazing old-school customer service, the repair and replacement he and his team did on my SUV is amazing! It doesn’t look like anything happened to it! He test drove it a few times to ensure everything worked properly and then when I picked it up- he reminded me to let him know if I find or feel anything different while driving it and to reach out to him if I did. His attention to detail and concern for his client’s welfare are absolutely OUTSTANDING and RARE. I didn’t know him before this and he automatically helped me and made time for me even though he is always slammed. The repair took close to 30 days- well worth it for the level of care and expertise he provided for my SUV and for me :) Thank you Tom!

Tommy was amazing and very helpful and made my car look brand new again! I needed a paint job on my hood and he was kind enough to give me discount on it as well and left my car sparkling clean. 5 /5 Such: I cant say enough good things about Gregs Auto Collision Center, especially Tommy and Patrick. From start to finish, they provided top-notch service, honesty, and transparency throughout the entire repair process. After a significant accident that damaged nearly my entire front bumper, wheel well, shock, and axle, I was worried about finding a shop that could handle such a complex repair. Tommy was communicative, direct, and incredibly honest about what needed to be done. He and his team provided realistic timelines and worked closely with the my insurance, local dealership to ensure that every aspect of the repair was done right—from ordering parts to completing the actual repair and paint job. They took additional extra steps to thoroughly test the vehicle (EV) and make sure all the sensors were properly calibrated before handing it back to me. The only downside? They’re not in my hometown! If they were, I wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else. If anyone in the area has an issue with their vehicle, I’d commit to Gregs as my primary repair shop. I wouldnt trust my family and friends with anyone but Gregs Auto Collision Center. If you want honesty, quality craftsmanship, and a team that genuinely cares about getting you back on the road safely, look no further.

5 /5 K H: Glad we chose to go local and have the work we needed done at Greg’s. With all the supply chain issues it took longer than anticipated, but it was worth the wait. Tommy made sure everything was done to perfection, including repairs to the entire side and front. They have fixed the phone issues they were having (due to their phone provider) and went above and beyond. They have integrity and care about their customers, taking the time to go the extra mile.
