5 /5 Heather Kirby: I can’t say enough how much I loved this place. The salon is very nice and has a great atmosphere. I wasn’t able to see my stylist before I moved here and needed my hair done asap. They were able to get me scheduled the day after I moved. Alexis is amazing. She’s patient, super nice and really loves what she does. She made my hair look so natural and effortless but she really focused on every detail. I have a lot of hair so it always takes a while but she did amazing throughout the entire time. She’s great to talk to and really takes pride in her work. Definitely check out this salon.

5 /5 Arianna Paul: I have been getting my haircut done with Dan for years and he never disappoints!! So happy with how my color and cut turned out! The salon has a great atmosphere and it is honestly very COVID safe with spaced out stations and the staff regularly disinfecting and keeping the space clean.

5 /5 Alvina Lam: I am in love with and loyal to Hairbox 5 and Samantha my hairstylist. The salon is bright and beautiful, the staff are so friendly, you feel like you’re coming home. I live in South Beach so it’s close by and always a joy to visit. Prices are fair and they explain what you are paying for so you feel comfortable. I’ve been getting my hair highlighted and cut with Sam for 4 years and haven’t gone anywhere else. She always welcomes me warmly, consults me on how to color my hair, and goes above and beyond to make me feel beautiful! I have dark Asian hair and always get blonde highlights. It is hard to lift such dark hair without getting brassy. She’s worked so well with it and knows it so well now to get the perfect natural looking blonde! Sam even helped to organize a surprise payment for my hair with my sister as a birthday gift and always makes sure I get home okay after my appointments :) 10 out of 5 stars! If you’re looking for a salon, this will be your new regular.

I have been looking for a good blonde hair specialist in Miami for my Scandinavian blonde hair for so long and I am so happy I found Svetlana and Hairbox 5! She was so sweet, welcoming, and so talented! She really took her time to make sure my expectations was met and that the work was done perfectly, she really has an eye for details! Everyone working there was so friendly and welcoming and the salon is beautiful! They all took very good care of me! Will definitely recommend Svetlana and Hairbox 5 to all my friends in Miami, they are the best!
