Crystal Hughes: I don’t usually go to Great clips, cost cutters etc because this is something I have always worried about. I had gotten my hair cut and was having some issues and it seemed as if my hair wasn’t growing (Not like normal) so fast forward and I got everything taken care of and my hair had grown down to my lower back (with the occasional trim). I finally thought to myself “I’m going to go get it cut in a shoulder length angled bob” I wish I would have never went in. I explained to her that I wanted an angled bob and I wanted it thinned and the front to touch my collarbone. She put my hair in a ponytail and just chopped it off, as soon as she let it go I wanted to cry. My hair touched the bottom of my ear. I told her “this is way to short” I went home and no matter what I did, I could not get it to look good. The hair on my left side almost touched the bottom of my face and the hair on my right side touched the bottom of my ear. I called and spoke with the manager and she so kindly fixed it but she said the original lady at cut it angled on one side and straight across on the other. Neither one of them thinned it. It was a nightmare. I will never go there again
E Gibson: Jan is absolutely AMAZING! She took my son last minute and did 2 strand twists in his tons of hair, he looks fantastic he completely loves it! She is the most genuine, kind, compassionate person and her work is top notch, she got a lifelong client in my 15 yr old son, he cant wait to see her next month!

Kayla is a great communicator, she dives into what you like, what you don’t & delivers a picture perfect outcome. For someone who doesn’t wear a full face of makeup often, she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable & confident in my own skin. She took what I told her and presented a finished product that fully encompassed my vision. I’m so thankful & blessed to have found her & her team.

HAPPY HAPPY FUN FUN: Very nice person. He was very nice but when I got home my kids and my husband asked me what did I get done to my hair? They said it looks like something they could have done. All I got was a wash and blow dry for $80.
Do you think this is worth $80?
I think they should consider the length and the job they do for a customer.

I can go 6 months between visits sometimes and they will remember intricate details of our last conversation. This is because their customers aren’t just money to them. They are relationships they’re building. I can assure you, you’ll never use anyone else once you realize you can trust these ladies.
