1 /5 Deborah Lowe: Update: My mother fell again Sunday while we were trying to put her in bed. Had to call an ambulance to lift her. Took 4 strong men to do the job. So Monday I visited Hannahs Millennium office. Before I left, Gina said she would try to request the equipment. Then, soon after, my sister, NOT ME, received a call asking her to tell me to take my review down! Wow!
Poor choice of doctor and office. Dr Hannah cuts you off when you try to ask questions, doesnt follow through with requests and the office doesnt return calls. Weaskedk for new equipment that actually works, she said she would look into it. I waited a week with no information and when I called back they said I never requested the new, working assist devices. Was told a staff member would call me back and still havent heard from anyone. My mother cannot walk and has to be lifted into a motorized wheelchair that doesnt work and has to be manually pushed. Its difficult to get her into her chair and is putting on strain on our physical health. But getting this office to help you is a joke! The doctor & the staff is rude and make you feel youre at fault for asking for equipment to help our mom. And the medical staff isnt any better. Just wish someone would treat us as a human being and with care!!
