5 /5 D W: I went in the hair salon feeling bad due to the color result of my attempt to color my own hair. I left feeling encouraged and happy about going back later that day to my scheduled appointment (for a hair cut and color consultation), after speaking with the receptionist for awhile who made me feel better. I later found out she is the owner.
Elisabeth, my hair stylist is very knowledgeable on hair repair, color and cuts. She suggested a protein treatment and explained confidently color correction and the type of cut best suited for me when I said I would like suggestions. She asked detailed questions to make sure we were on the same page before she started.
I am very pleased with the cut. It lays nice and I like the shape of my bangs, the sides and back. It was a really good experience. I am going back tomorrow for color and I am looking forward to it.
