5 /5 GENEVIEVE HURTADO: Went today for my first ever mammogram. While the procedure itself was a little uncomfortable, the staff there is top notch. Very professional, very helpful and informative. Thank u for making this a positive experience!

1 /5 Nicole Newkirk: Sent in an insurance authorization the day before my scheduled MRI 8/27 even though the appointment was scheduled weeks in advance & they received the referral 8/6! When I questioned the lady who called as to why I was hearing about it at 4:30pm the day before my appointment she assured me they made every attempt to get the authorization… not according to my Doctors office or the insurance company! Then due to their error of course they didn’t have the authorization so they wanted to cancel & reschedule my appointment for next month! Then told me to call my Dr. office, I did and then the insurance co to try to get them to speed up the process. Called their office multiple times before my appointment because I’m in dire need of the MRI, no one answered the phone or responded to voicemail left. No one called back for a requested call back. This imaging center is obviously too busy to do their jobs correctly! Grievance filed against them because this is just ridiculous! I am in constant pain, I needed this MRI weeks ago! & due to their screw up I can’t get it & now have to wait for a different appointment. Definitely not using them for it & I will NEVER be using them for anything ever again!

1 /5 Fred Hale: After specifically asking, they said that my insurance would pay for a cut on my arm (I was gonna deal with it myself). Got a 7700 dollar bill latter because it wasn’t covered. Told me removing the stitches was covered with first visit. Got a bill for over 2000 for that. Asked three times about a tetanus shot, nothing. No band aids, dressing, prescriptions. Then got bills from two different doctors. I never saw a doctor. Have called and written many times to discuss this and have not once gotten a response. Gone to bill collection yet they have never answered my calls or letters! Incredibly indifferent.
