5 /5 Wes Myers: The triage nurse was so kind and helpful (and busy). There was also a woman at the lobby desk who was so compassionate, asking if I wanted a warm blanket etc. since I had to sit in the lobby (no room available). She was just really sweet to care and check. No one wants to be in the emergency room but if I had to be those two stood out as really special.

4 /5 Jacky Carlson: Checked in quickly and efficiently. Receptionist friendly and competent. Didn’t wait long to be taken in. Wait was longer behind the doors. It was very busy. Nurses were great , they moved quickly from patient to patient still taking time to chat, smile and interact with the patients. They were confident and efficient. They explained after care. I probably spent two hours there which was understandable given that I only had a leg wound. I understand that more seriously injured or those in distress are seen first. I think we are lucky to have Englewood Hospital in our community.

4 /5 Robert Gebo: Friendly and professional check in process, timely service from nurses (about 10 minutes), very timely service for x-rays (about 15 minutes), but unacceptable service for the time it took to get the x-ray results from a Doctor (over 2 hours). Other patients in the waiting area experienced similar delays in getting results from whatever tests they had done. Needs improvement badly.

5 /5 Leslie Wian-Ingalzo: Kathy was SO FRIENDLY and calming, not to mention efficient. She made my intake and prep experience less stressful. Jody in the OR was EXACTLY the person I needed. She held my hand and got me a warm blanket…two things for which I am still so very grateful. I needed her strength when she gave it totally! I hope they get this feedback!

5 /5 Janice Deaton: The hospital staff from the ladies at ck in to the nurses, transport and xray staff, my Dr. , Dominque were all so professional but had wonderful bedside manners! I felt my care couldn’t have been any better. Being on vacation and having to visit an ER isn’t exactly fun but they sure made it a lot better!
