The new owner was rude and yelled at this man telling him if he apologized to him for saying he was overcharged he would lower his bill. The customer was blatantly overcharged and proved it. The new owner wouldnt face him and walked into the back. Never adjusted the bill. STAY AWAY! I WILL NOT BE BACK! Brian was the only good thing about this business since Keith sold... Bill and JC go above and beyond to be welcoming and go out of their way to be sure you are apprised of the issue, the cost and then the follow up when the work is complete. I’ve highly recommended them to other friends, who have been extremely satisfied as well. It says a lot to be able to consistently rely on a business that maintains the highest level of reliability and top-notch service. James: Absolute SCAM!!! My car didn’t start and I brought it here since I had my starter replaced a few months ago here. Mario said my alternator and battery are bad and I need new ones. Sent me a quote of over $1600!! I called and asked if only the battery can be replaced he got loud and defensive and told me no. I got another quote from another company for $900 for the work and asked Mario to match that but he declined. I went to another mechanic who checked it out and said the alternator is perfectly fine it’s only the battery!!!! Changed the battery in 30 min and charged way less. Not only was he upcharging me he wanted to charge for something I did not need! Mario is a lying scammer and he’s a shady businessman. Shame!
