I initially contacted your business, and we agreed on a price for the repair. However, I was subsequently contacted and asked for additional payment, with the threat of work stoppage if I did not comply. I declined this request as I felt it was unfair.
Following my refusal to pay more, I believe your staff acted unprofessionally and caused further damage to my car. Additionally, they took all the auto parts receipts, which I understand were under your business account, preventing me from returning the parts and incurring a financial loss. This experience has been extremely negative, and I am very disappointed with the way I was treated.
