Edward Pino: Love Padre Roberto Ayala, very knowledgeable and great bilingual priest, community is great and many activities and organizations to partake to join and learn more about your spirituality and volunteer like the Jamboree and many other special events. The Catholic school is also award winning and well run. Ive done both of my sacraments Communion and Confirmation here. Now my son has done his Baptism here 15 years later after my sacraments.

Sky higher grounds “Hearts”: The church is great. They worship well the lord. HoweverThe preschool center is poorly managed by the director. The employees hang out in the back & ignore you. Youll be lucky if they open the door. They talk poor to clients give attitude. Had a hard time, if you dont serve or become a membe. they charge you double plus a deposit, I thought it was going to be a nice easy process since its christian based and God wants us all to love and be nice.

Shawn Turner: Hope Church of Christ is a congregation that firmly stands by and on the word of God. Hope openly acknowledges the fact that no one among us are perfect - so no matter where you are on your journey, ALL are welcome. One week, I came as a visiter. The next, I called this place home.

Christayl Hall: This has been our church for 5+ years. Got baptized and married in this church. We have such a great church family and absolutely have never felt so loved, accepted etc etc as we do at lighthouse church. I would recommend anyone and everyone to come here if they are looking for a church. They will not be disappointed.

Chows Cleaning Service: Very political and kneals to Trump! I need to stay clear of politics when praising our lord. There is absolutely nothing wrong with praying for the American president—in fact, I completely agree with you. I must say that I am among those who kneel in prayer for Mr. Trump, hoping he will finally make the right decisions. Mr. Coleman’s happiness was evident when the president signed the executive order recognizing two biological sexes. At the end of the day, regardless of our faults or mistakes, we are all God’s children, and our sins will be forgiven. I attended this church for two years, and I never once heard Mr. Coleman say anything positive about former President Biden. In fact, he consistently spoke negatively about him. I appreciate all of your comments and the Bible verses cited, but unfortunately, none of them apply to what Mr. Trump is currently doing. Mr. Coleman often says that if a member is not actively involved in a church, then Sheridan Baptist Church is not the place for them. I find this a bit harsh because I was taught that a church should be open to everyone.

Sandra K: Best church ever! God is at the center of this community - in every way. T.J. Campos Bible-based preaching of the gospel is intellectually world-class, clearly inspired and bears fruit in every part of the congregation. At Parkroad Pres, Gods grace is not just a theoretical concept but considered the most valuable gift which comes to life through sharing His love with others. All are welcome: the stranger and the neighbor, poor and rich, young and old, white and black, the non-believer,... and believers. All will find out how amazing, how holy and loving God is, and how much we need Him in our lives. No church is totally perfect (as the church consists of humans and all are sinners!).... BUT: If the Apostle Paul had written a letter to the Hollywoodians (addressed to Park Road Presbyterian Church), it would probably have consisted of only 2 words: THUMBS UP!.

St. Maurice at Resurrection Catholic Church - Dania Beach
Rocio Desouza: I want to share something that happened to me on Easter Sunday—an experience that left me humiliated, heartbroken, and questioning how someone representing Christ could behave in such an un-Christlike way. I was hired as a photographer for a First Communion at Church St. Maurice. The families asked me to take both group and family photos and to respectfully capture key moments during the mass. Before the ceremony began, I spoke with the woman who hired me to make sure I understood where I was allowed to stand so I wouldn’t cause any disruption. Despite taking every step to be respectful and discreet, the priest suddenly yelled at me—during the mass, in front of the entire congregation—demanding that I “sit.” I was stunned, embarrassed, but I immediately sat down and complied without a word. I had no intention of creating a scene and only wanted to complete the work I was hired to do with dignity. But it didn’t end there. Later in the mass, while I was already seated quietly in the pews, the priest pointed at me again and brought up the earlier incident—this time using me as an example in front of everyone. I was shocked. I hadn’t said anything, hadn’t moved, hadn’t done a single thing to warrant being called out again. At that point, I was overwhelmed and left the church in tears. What hurt the most wasn’t just the public humiliation. It was the bitter irony of it all. This happened in a church, on Easter Sunday, led by someone whose role is to embody Christ’s teachings—compassion, humility, grace, love. But what I experienced was judgment, pride, and cruelty. Christ never shouted at those trying to serve. He welcomed them. He met people where they were, with kindness and mercy. I came with nothing but good intentions and professionalism. I left feeling shamed and broken by someone who should have been a vessel of peace. If you’re searching for a church home, I sincerely hope you choose a place where Christ’s teachings are lived out not just in words, but in action. Where people are treated with dignity, and love is practiced—not just preached.
