Jamie Wojciechowski: Small, very clean, little park with access to the beach. The park offers many chairs or benches to sit and relax and enjoy the sun and the views. The plantings are quite beautiful and well maintained, providing shade in a few areas along with two gazebos. Very nice park with beach access.

Annabelle Schmitt: Such a beautiful spot to run, walk, chat with friends! Glad I stayed nearby for my trip to FTL.

Frank Garcia: Ignite Broward is an annual must-see event, running this year from Feb 14th to 23rd across three locations: Arts Park in Hollywood, Esplanade Park in Fort Lauderdale, and Mad Arts in Dania Beach. It’s a mix of immersive light and sound experiences created by top artists using cutting-edge digital technology. One of the best things? The free admission! Plus, they had a shuttle running between locations, making it super convenient to hop around without dealing with parking. I only had time to check out the Fort Lauderdale location at Esplanade Park, and it did not disappoint. The lights and music created an awesome atmosphere, especially for families with kids. It’s a perfect late afternoon or evening activity, and you can easily pair it with a stroll along the Riverwalk, a ride on the water trolley, or a visit to Las Olas Blvd and don’t miss the Thrive sculpture at the Flow apartment tower. If you missed it this year, mark your calendar for the next one!

Michael Reese: A small but informative exhibit about some of the Apollo space missions.

Amy E: This was my first time ever escape room. I enjoyed it a lot even though we didn’t make it. Though it is true to go with a large group of people and the chance of survival will increase. But it was still fun with two people. The environment was nice and the time we went was quiet. We had a blast, will return soon. The staff were also very nice. At the end we did take some photos in the back area.

Roshawn Banks: The office was here participating in the Black History Month Black Market, we were a table vendor. So, first time visiting the musuem, and I really enjoyed it. I could literally feel the history, despair and triumph as I walked through gallery! I will visit again.
    Harbordale Park - Fort Lauderdale

Shannon Santa Maria: This is a great playground, but it’s gotten completely out of hand. This is a drug addict’s haven. There are people who are doing drugs in broad daylight (she comes literally every day, rolls blunts and sparks it up), men fighting and screaming profanity all in front of the children. The other day, I witnessed 3 men harassing an older gentleman bound to a wheelchair, absolutely shameless behavior! I have found used condoms, cigarette butts/ashes, empty alcohol bottles, trash everywhere but in the bins, there are also caches of clothing and food items strewn across all of the seating/tables in this park. People who have passed out drunk, sleeping in the grass. I know I am not the only person that finds it absolutely ridiculous that I pay high rent to live in the area and have to drive completely out of the way, to a different city to enjoy outdoor activities with my kid. Go to Hollywood for nice parks, Ft. Lauderdale is not doing their due diligence. I am never someone to write reviews, but I’m absolutely appalled by how the city has allowed this to go on and as long as no one is taking the time to complain, this will continue to get worse.

Iddet Milian-Prada: I’ve lived on Peter’s roads for decades and never went to explore these trails. I did go once to a wedding at their cabin. The trails were perfect and well kept. Loved the board walk, some with rails others without. I also liked how some trails were both board walk and mulch trail on and off. Loved taking the kids with their scooters. They had a blast. I loved how all of the trails were shaded. I loved the swampy areas. The manatee overlook is still under construction and I would really like to go back once it’s complete. I did all of the trails and it took about one hour. They also had an area blocked off in the parking lot with a kids play area , restrooms , shade and water.
