1 /5 Stacy Jimenez: I truly enjoyed my manicurist but the owner Ileana Perez has ZERO professionalism. She insults her manicurist, talks down to them, yells in the middle of the salon, she makes the environment in the salon extremely unpleasant. I gave her feedback on her lack of professionalism and let’s just say she was AGAIN extremely unprofessional as a business owner. She has very little class and has terrible customer service.

Dolphin Nails - Hialeah Intueri: The staff is very sweet and welcoming. Great place to come in on a Sunday to enjoy pampering yourself. I forgot to tell the technician that I wanted my toenails very short and realized after she was done. If I did not have to wear Safety Shoes or closed toe shoes, I would have gone extremely happy. Well she was so sweet she said: no worries, we will get them done to your liking because we always want you to go home happy. These days that means the world to a customer. This place is special!

The Nail Garden Spa - Miami Lakes Luana Manzano: I’ve been coming to TNG for a little over a year now, and the only reason I keep coming back is because of Jailyn. She is by far the best nail tech at the salon, and it shows in how booked up she gets! I’ve had appointments with several other techs at that location, and I was close to giving up because I was never “wow’ed,” until I got an appointment with Jai. She is always warm, welcoming, and so friendly. She does an exceptional job and I always leave with the most gorgeous mani/pedi. If you’re making an appointment here for the first time, you have to book with Jailyn.
