2 /5 Sam: I’ve been here multiple times for a haircut, and while the stylists are always kind and the front desk service is great, I’ve consistently left disappointed. The salon seems to specialize in commercial styles, making accommodating more alternative requests harder. I asked for side swept bangs, which is a straightforward request, but despite showing multiple references and repeatedly asking for adjustments, the final result was not even close to what I asked for. While it didnt look bad by any means, it was not at all like the reference I showed. The rest of the cut was nice, but for $70, I expected more precision and responsiveness. I’ve had better results elsewhere for a lower price. Ultimately, I decided to fix it myself rather than come back for another adjustment.
