From the moment I sat in the chair, Miss V was incredibly meticulous and did an amazing job with my teeth. What truly stood out, though, was how she handled my significant anxiety. I was so nervous about getting fillings, but Miss V was so calm, patient, and reassuring. She explained everything thoroughly and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Her gentle approach and kind demeanor completely calmed my nerves. Lexi, the dental assistant, was also wonderful and contributed to a relaxed atmosphere. They listen to our concerns and really try to help us out. Emily at the front desk is also a huge pillar for helping streamline our experience. Customer service that goes above and beyond. When he retired from the Hibiscus office I seamlessly began receiving services from Dr Robbins. The entire office staff and expectations have not changed and only keep getting better with Dr Robbins. While Angie has assisted on most occasions during my visits the amount of caring shown by her and everyone is above and beyond. The front desk staff, hygienists and people behind the scenes are all the best at what they do.
