1 /5 Kiara Garmendia: Absolutely horrible service. Today I went to get a hair cut in a âVâ shape, as I requested, and to only cut about 1 1/2 inch of my tips off. The woman attending to me (didnât get her name but she is Dominican with high cheek bones) was not focused. She was half way into cutting my hair and another one of her coworkers came up to show her all of her âmaternityâ photos (completely irrelevant to work and rude for interrupting), they stood there conversating for almost 5 MINUTES while I sat in the chair with my hair wet and waiting. I was clearly bothered but they just continued talking. Once she decided to look back and continue cutting my hair, I noticed she was cutting it very even (or in a horizontal line) but I did not say anything since I believed she knew what she was doing. Once she finished, I asked her to take a picture of my hair . Looks NOTHING like a v- shape cut. I had to tell her that this is not what I asked for and asked her kindly to please fix it. She began cutting my hair while it was dry and literally took off a good 3 to 4 inches to âfixâ it !!! I asked her to take another picture and unfortunately I wasnât satisfied with the outcome of that either. My hair looks SO unevenly cut. I didnât say anything this time because I just wanted to leave already. This whole experience was completely unsatisfying and unprofessional. I definitely wonât be going back here
