1 /5 Michelle Manzione: I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. Actually, they can keep one star for the very sweet woman that works the front desk.
I’ve seen everyone but Julie and am constantly disappointed. Today was by far the worst as I sat with Mike. Mike put on tips and then did dip and a design. I was unhappy with the length and shape of my nails. I asked Mike the first time to change them, he said sure. I asked a second time, he didn’t respond but sighed like it was an inconvenience. I asked a third time, which he ignored. I should have stopped here but didn’t.
He told me the design I chose was easy and thanked me for the design. Comical. The paint job he did was awful, as seen in the photos. I can’t even put more energy into writing how bad it was. But that wasn’t the worst part.
Mike cut me six times. 6. I’m on blood thinners and bleed very easily. I made a comment each time he cut me. Despite that and my visible blood, he continued to drill away.
I was visibly upset and it was apparent. Julie, the owner, sits up front and saw I was upset but did nothing.
I can’t believe I paid $60 to bleed and have painful nails.
Whatever photos they’re posting if designs are not representative of the work they do- stay away!
