2 /5 Kaitlyn Pace: I made an appointment online for dip nails with tips and a pedicure. When I arrived and told them I had an appointment they still asked me about what I was wanting, I told them the same things that I had booked for. I picked a sparkly black dip powder for my nails but when the older lady started working on my nails she said the powder she had was the same thing (it was not). She started prepping my nails and I asked again about the nail extensions since there wasn’t a container with her. She asked me if I had ever done dip nails before. I thought maybe it was just how the process went and maybe the sparkly dip powder went on last. I ended up leaving with plain black dip nails with no nail extensions. They were highly amused that I’m pale and chose black nail polish, and even more amused that I was wearing all black (I had come from work). Will not be returning.

3 /5 Pamela Nunley: Everyone there is VERY nice, which is why this is hard. I’ve gone three times. First time, I got Keenan, who is BRILLIANT: second time, I got the older gentlemen whose name I did not catch, also, BRILLIANT. Third time, I got the lady with the braces and glasses. She is nice and her paint job is good but she is inattentive, and especially with the rotary tool. She was looking anywhere but my nails for most of the grinding process and all other processes for that matter aside from the painting, and she gouged my pinky, let the tool run too long on parts of the nails creating hot spots. I have never had a more painful nail salon experience. Unfortunately, the coffin cut is inconsistent and there is a lot of misshapen nails with too much dip built up in places, but especially the ring finger of the photos attached. Super bummed.

5 /5 Lauren Schraer: Jamie’s nails has always been friendly and fast but I got the pleasure of Keenan being my stylist tonight. He was amazing. He was so patient and kind and really took his time. I am mortified that I kept him so late. However he remained super sweet, kind, and detailed oriented. The results were breathtaking. My wedding photos will look amazing because of his art work. I genuinely wish I could wear these nails for the rest of my life. I will do nothing but rave about my experience with Keenan and his work. Thank you again for the amazing experience.

5 /5 Bleuberri: My mother and I got manipedis, wonderful service! I have naturally uneven bumpy nails and the nice male employee doing my mani even smoothed them out for me. He was very attentive. I recommend his service, though I can’t remember his name, ask for the guy with his ear pierced. They took us as walk ins too.
