1 /5 Brian Jensen: Im writing this today to let you know to never be a first time customer at this shop. I was calling around to get a diagnostic done with someone who specialized in Hondas. they were the cheapest out of the 3 shops i called ($120) i arrived at the shop knowing my car was being dropped off for the next morning since thats what the nice lady told me on the phone. I arrived with an unpleasant greeting of saying i was crazy if i thought i was getting one today. then proceeded to tell me i needed to pay $120 per diagnostic? on my a/c and on my check enginelight. I agreed because i was in need.($240) came out to be ($258) BEFORE taxes. ($276) grand total. just for them to tell me i needed a new raidor fan, change the variable timing solenoid and "new" cadillac converter that could cost from "$500 to a couple grand" when can just use new oxygen sensors. I told him no way im getting the cadillac converter from them Ill look on my own. how much would it be to get the work done?? they hit me with ("$1,800") all the parts i just listed you can go online and buy yourself all OEM and its under ($250)!!!!!! i dont understand where this mickey mouse number of $1800 came from. but no way im paying $1500 for labor. I already feel scammed with the diagnostic. ill take my money elsewhere sir. Its sad im already down and really in need, and theyre trying to get the best of me. shame on them. Dont recommend not trusted.

After being told by the Toyota dealership that I needed a bunch of repairs, including new brakes for both the front and rear, I decided to get a second opinion. Thats when I took my car to Japanese Car Care and met Hugo and Carlos. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by their professionalism and honesty. They thoroughly inspected my vehicle and assured me that my brakes were in perfect condition and did not need to be replaced. It was such a relief to find an auto shop that doesnt just want to take advantage of you and rip you off. Hugo and Carlos were incredibly knowledgeable and transparent about what my car did and didnt need. Their integrity and commitment to providing honest service have made me a loyal customer. Not only are they honest, but they are also incredibly efficient. They are always quick to quote and fix any issues, often getting the job done the same day! 5 /5 Ruben Martin: Several days ago I decided to go by Japanese Car Care for the first time after reading their great reviews. Reason being I hit a pot hole with my right front tire hard, afterwards I heard a low frequency noise coming out of it. I was greeted by Hugo and Carlos the owner with a smile and all ears as to my problem. Carlos came out and took my car on a test drive, diagnosed right front bearing but actually told me it would be no problem to drive the car like that the noise was really very low now but gradually will get louder. He was so honest that I said go ahead with repairs, my car was ready to roil that afternoon. I do recommend Japanese Car Care, it’s my new go to garage. Their attention and quality work stands out, along with fair pricing!
