1 /5 isabela duque: i came here asking for a simple design, which the owner said they were able to do. after sitting down with the nail tech she informed me that she was not able to do it because she lacked the skills, so i was looking for a different one to see if she could do it. but when i couldnāt find another one i liked, she got extremely upset, yelled at me that i was complicated and should just let her do what she knew how. then the owner came over to also yell at me saying that she wasnāt a nail tech and didnāt know what her employees could do (how was i supposed to know that if she said that the design was ok?). i respectfully asked to leave but was instead met with more yelling and disrespectful comments saying that i just wanted a free manicure which was shocking because no service had been provided yet. overall terrible experience. do not come here.
