1 /5 maria paiva: I cannot begin to describe how awful my experience in the last month with the new staff here has been. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Mantineo’s for 4 years and she is wonderful, but the new MA’s are appalling. They have no common sense, and lack basic human empathy. I spoke with the same MA 4 times who basically kept blaming someone else, and kept telling me she was there temporarily. I had no medications for almost 6 days. Felt like they were playing a cruel joke on me. And when I explained to them the severity of the situation, they basically ignored me and told me it was my fault and that they have 3000 other patients to worry about. So sad, I used to love this office. Do better Advent! Extremely disappointed and frustrated.
