5 /5 Loraine Warren: I was seen on time, didnt have to wait in the lobby or exam room. The staff greeted me enthusiastically, not to be polite, they actually knew who I was. Dr Levy is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner, the same as when I first met him 10 years ago. Sara is great as are Dr Phillips and Brandon. They are a great support team. Gabby is very accommodating and kind. The ladies at the front and in the back are friendly and professional. I have recommended Dr Levy many times over the last 10 years with confidence.

5 /5 Paula Tirpak: As a new patient to Dr. Levy I had a great experience! The office was able to squeeze. me in on somewhat short notice. The staff was so friendly and greeted me warmly. Wait time is what you’d expect from a specialist. Dr. Levy’s PA, Sara was so thorough and informative. Dr. Levy did his examination and discussed the next steps. He too was very personable and professional and spent time explaining about the shoulder and injury I sustained. I felt like I was is good hands with Dr. Jonathan Levy.

5 /5 AMELIA SVORINICH: Excellent physician and the staff is amazing !! My husband injured his shoulder over the weekend and they were able to get us an appointment quickly. They understood the pain my husband was in and the practice manager was so kind when talking to us. Dr Levy has done multiple previous surgeries on my husband and he makes us feel so comfortable with every surgery. He has a huge heart and is the best !!

5 /5 Lynn Odo: Today was a good productive visit to Dr Levy’s office. No wait, right on time. I saw Dr Phillips who is wonderful. He’s patient and caring and explains everything in detail. Questions allowed and encouraged. Dr levy is great and he also came in for my follow-up. Great Experience today. Thanks Dr Levy’ and Dr Phillips.

5 /5 Jean Keffer: Everyone in the office was welcoming and the two nurses I saw, Nicole and Heather were super nice and informative, very easy to talk with. Dr. Levy took the time needed to inform me about my condition and all in all it was a very satisfactory doctor visit. I would recommend Dr. Levy to anyone who has a shoulder issue.

Rosenberg, MD - Boca Raton Ana D: Horrible front office, they will upcharge you nearly 100% mark up on compound pharmacy pricing after staying a different price/amount.They will make you pay the office which is not a normal practice. They are not interested in helping anyone that doesnt feel well. Unfortunately had very high hopes as Dr. Rosenberg was recommend.

I had my first ever Halo Laser treatment 2 weeks ago. Wow! I had no idea about the capabilities of lasers and Im so glad that I jumped in. I will be back. The education and time given to me in order to find the best treatment suitable for my skin and goals was phenomenal.

Dr. Caroline Stella - Boca Raton Matt Barbera: My wife and I had the pleasure of being under Dr. Stellas care for our pregnancy, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Even though we had a low-risk pregnancy, we wanted to ensure we had the best possible care, and Dr. Stella exceeded our expectations. Her friendly and upbeat personality made every appointment a joy. She was always happy to answer our questions and explain things clearly, making us feel completely comfortable and informed. While our pregnancy was smooth, it was still our first, and we had the normal anxieties. Dr. Stellas calm and confident demeanor was incredibly reassuring. She created a positive and supportive environment, and we always left her office feeling happy and well taken care of. We highly recommend Dr. Stella to any expecting parents. Shes a wonderful doctor and a truly lovely person.

Baptist Health Bethesda Hospital East - Boynton Beach Marc Ghidoni: This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hospital. Let’s start with I try and call my nurse and the lady says “I’ll let them know…” as if I’m being a bother. Then after me calling 3 more times and an hour later my nurse shows up and says they just let her know. I was physically grabbed and held down because I “wasn’t relaxed” was denied my medication for my depression and pretty much was told to deal with it. Then just got randomly discharged while still not being able to hold food down. So thank you. I thought hospitals were supposed to be a safe place. This place is a joke. I had one cool nurse. Night time guy. He’s the man. Everyone else. I hope you lose your jobs.

Baptist Health Bethesda Hospital East ER | Boynton Beach - Boynton Beach Justin Grandic: I recently visited Bethesda’s Emergency Room after a car accident, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and efficient. Especially Nurse Nicolette at triage, Nurse Selene and the PA Heather. The check-in process was smooth, and I was seen quickly despite the busy ER. The nurses were kind, reassuring, and made sure I was comfortable. They were thorough, explaining every step of my treatment and ensuring I understood my care plan. They took the time to answer all my questions, which really helped ease my anxiety. Imaging and tests were done promptly, and I was kept informed throughout my visit. The level of professionalism and kindness I received from the entire team made a stressful situation much more manageable. I truly appreciate the dedication of the medical staff and would highly recommend Bethesda to anyone in need of emergency care. Thank you to the amazing ER team for taking such great care!!

HCA Florida Boynton Beach Emergency - Boynton Beach Kathleen: Best experience I’ve ever had in my 61 years! From the nurses and Doctor and X-ray tech to the person who helped me with my registration! All top notch!! I walked in and never even had a chance to sit down they took me right in and started the process. Bed side manner was second to none!! Thank you to the entire team!!

Bethesda Memorial Hospital - Boynton Beach Michael Studley: I have unfortunately been to this hospital 4 times in the last 2 months, 2 being ER visits and the others as admissions. Let me state that I am currently in substance abuse treatment. I firmly believe that affects how youre treated. The first 2 ER trips were routine. All were after seizures (epileptic not substance), and both had waits in the waiting room of over 6 hours. I watched everybody from pregnant women (makes sense), to stomach aches, go in before me. As soon as I did get in the back, I was asked multiple times about drinking, yet offered Ativan about the same. The last 2 trips were 8/2-8/4 & 8/6-8/9. Both after seizures in the shower and outside waiting for an Uber. Please let me state I am and have always been med compliant. This isnt about meds, its about the hospital. As soon as I presented to EMTs, I was narcaned and asked repeatedly what I took. I had to basically fight with them to take my blood and urine to test for everything and anything. Until those came back negative, I was given an obvious attitude. Trip #1-waited the entire weekend to see neurologist for 3 mins. She confirmed my meds and EEG and discharged me. That was Sunday. I seized again Tuesday. Trip #2-Seized again in public this time. Woke up in pouring rain to EMTs and cops. Got the Narcan, the 20 questions, and attitude in ER. This time, even after the tests all came back, I was still talked down to. They actually set me up with a psych consult the next morning. Long story short I completed it and was then asked why that was even ordered. Said your guess was as good as mine. 3 total days of judgement and questions. Had to beg to not get discharged again and to see neuro. Once I did, I got 10 mins, no tests and new meds. Yes, there is a lot of opinion and perspective here. However, Ive been in a lot of hospitalizations and know how I feel Im being treated. For a hospital in the middle of a certain Florida area, you would think they would have better, if any, bedside manor at all.

Baptist Health Bethesda Hospital West - Boynton Beach Sheryl Katz: We just had a wonderful experience with both the ER and 4th floor staff on Superbowl Sunday till today. We are from out of town, so staff had to start from scratch to give proper care.The ER staff were responsive caring and attentive. They initiated appropriate initial treatment. The Weekday staff were professional and caring. We had 2 different specialties, podiatry and infectious disease as well as a general medical doctor collaborating to give appropriate care. PT, OT and social services worked to arrange aftercare. Discharge was seamless. We are so grateful you were there to help us .
